This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This is successive journey of the Petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Mancheswar P.S. Case No.541 of 2017 corresponding to C.T. Case No.5646 of 2017 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhubaneswar, running for the alleged commission of offence under section 373 of the IPC, in filing this application under section 439, Cr.P.C., for his release on bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned State Counsel.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the earlier order dated 13.05.2019 passed by this
// 2 // Court in BLAPL No.2219 of 2018 as well as the materials on record as placed, finding no such change in the circumstances; I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner.

However, it is observed that the trial court would do well to take all such effective steps for early conclusion of the trial as expeditiously as possible.
