Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.281 of 2022, arising out of Abhaychandpur P.S. Case No.148 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Ersama for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/294/323/325/307/427/379/506 read with Section 34 of the IPC. 4.

Learned counsel for the State fairly submits that injuries are simple in nature. Taking into account nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the

learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
