We find the order dated 15.3.2013, for the violation of which the present contempt has been filed, has been complied with by the Authority concerned while passing a speaking order dated14th February, 2022, whereby the Petitioner has been held to be not entitled to payment of any back wages as per the principle 'no work no pay'. It undoubtedly has been passed after a substantial delay which in the facts of the case is ignored. 3.

The Petitioner is free to challenge the order dated 14th February, 2020 in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the CONTC is dropped.
