Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "Therefore, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court would graciously be pleased to issue Rule NISI, calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why the Tahasildar, Kujanga shall not be directed to give effect to the order in R.A. No.3/2009 and 6/2009 dated 21.1.2020 forthwith and issue R.O.R. in favour of the tenants including the petitioners as per the allotment sheet already prepared within a fortnight and if the Opp.Parties are failed to show cause or show insufficient or false cause make the rule Nisi absolutely and allow this writ petition with cost and any other relief or reliefs this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper.."

Drawing the attention of this Court to the direction portion, vide Annexure-2 in R.A. Nos.3 & 6 of 2009 at Pages-24 & 25 of the Brief, learned counsel for the Petitioners sought for a direction to the
// 2 // Tahasildar, Kujanga to complete the entire action involving the direction involving Annexure-2.

Reading through Annexure-2, this Court finds, in remand of the above proceedings, the Tahasildar has been directed to work out the direction in the particular manner indicated therein. This Court records the statement of the learned counsel for the Petitioners that in the meantime though the Tahasildar has started working out the same but he has not completed the entire action desired to be taken under the direction involved. Keeping this in view, this Court disposes of the Writ Petition directing the Tahasildar, Kujanga to complete the desired action keeping in view the direction of the Additional Sub-Collector, Jagatsinghpur issued on 31.1.2020 in R.A.Case Nos.3 & 6 of 2009 at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
