None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last occasion on 28.09.2022. The direction issued by this Court in terms of order passed on 28.09.2022 has not yet been complied.

In view of the above facts, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.
