This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently G.R. Case Number has been left out in the cause title and the prayer is permitted to correct the same in the Court. 4.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.162 of 2022, arising out of Banpur P.S. Case No.174 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chilika for commission of offence punishable under Sections 452/380/506/34 of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
