1.This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner was granted interim bail vide order dated 18.05.2022 in I.A. No805 of 2021 for a period of one month, but he has not yet file the surrender certificate.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not have instruction from his client and he could not establish contact to the petitioner.

5. In such view of the matter, present bail application is dismissed with a direction to the Court seisin over the matter to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
