This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

There is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is called. Mr. B. Routray, learned senior counsel appears for the Opposite Party.

This Writ petition has been filed assailing the order dated 27.12.2008 passed by the learned District Judge, Sundargarh as an Appellate Court confirming the order of execution dated 13.01.2005 passed by the Estate Officer, SAIL Rourkela Steel Pant, Rourkela in P.P. Case No.1063 of 1999.

On perusal of the order of the learned District Judge, Sundargarh, it is seen that the contention relating to natural justice has been succinctly dealt within Paragraph-3 of the impugned order and in Para-4 thereof, the learned District Judge has dealt with the claim of the petitioner for retention of quarters after passing away of her husband.

On careful scrutiny of the materials on record, this Court does not find any infirmity in the impugned order, so as to warrant interference.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands dismissed, being devoid of merit.
