This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner who is a child in conflict with law, has approached this Court under Section 438 Cr.P.C. though his father being arrayed as an accused in G.R. Case No.551 of 2022 arising out of Bidanasi P.S. Case No.75 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M. (S), Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/294/379/324/506 of IPC. 4.
Taking note that the petitioner is a child in conflict with law, it is directed that `on his appearance before the Juvenile Justice Board within a period of two weeks hence, he shall be released in
terms of the provisions contained in Section 12 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 and considering the nature of allegations, he shall be allowed to be in the care and protection of his parents.

The ABLAPL accordingly stands disposed of.
