1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant.

3. This is an application for modification of order dated 4.5.2022.

4. Vide the said order this Court while disposing the appeal directed the appellant company to pay a compensation amount of Rs.1,97,000/- alongwith interest @6% per annum. It is submitted that the appellant-company has already paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- prior to disposal of the matter and the claimants-respondents have already received the same. It is also not disputed by Mr. P.C. Chhinchani, learned counsel for the claimants-respondents that such an amount has already been received by the respondents.

5. Considering such submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the order dated 4.5.2022 is modified to the extent that the appellant-company shall pay an

// 2 // amount of Rs.1,97,000/- by deducting Rs.50,000/- from the compensation amount within a further period of six weeks from today. It is also submitted by Mr. Chhanchani, learned counsel for the respondents that the respondent No.2 has already died in the meantime. A memo to that effect has been filed. The same be kept on record. Learned counsel for the respondents is permitted to take appropriate steps before the Tribunal in that regard.
