This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.
Order No 2.
Heard learned counsel for both the Parties.

The present Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "1. Issue Rule NISI calling upon the Opp.Parties to show cause as to why an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari/ mandamus and / or any other appropriate writ/ writs or order / orders or direction shall not be passed to disposed of the representation filed under Annexure-3 within a stipulated time period".

Taking into account the nature of claim made in the Writ Petition and the prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, the Petitioner is permitted to make a fresh representation before Opp. party within a period of (15) fifteen days from today.

It is observed that if such a representation is filed by the Petitioner ventilating his grievances, the same shall be considered by Opp. party in accordance with law within a period of the two months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
