Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners the description of the offences in Paragraph-3 be corrected as; "Offence under Section 294, 323, 325, 307, 506, 34 of the IPC" and the period of surrender as mentioned in the order dated 07.06.2022 stands extended by three weeks from today. 4.
Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The inconvenience cause to the petitioner is regretted. 6.
Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
