Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2022 in connection with Brajraj Nagar P.S. Case No.100 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.888 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/323/379/307/ 506/427/34 of IPC read with Section 25.27 of Arms Act. 4.
It is alleged that the petitioner along with other persons led a delegation before the Manager of a private company claiming employment and in course of the same, the petitioner is said to have assaulted one Dharmendra Singh by pressing his neck. The injury report on police requisition shows a swelling injury, which is simple in nature.

Considering the submissions, materials on record and the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may
deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
