1. This matter is not in today's list, but on being Order No mentioned, the same is listed today by Special Notice and taken up on Board through Hybrid Mode.

2. Heard Mr. S.K.Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. M.K.Balabantaray, learned Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 29.04.2022 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Parjang, wherein the victim girl has been placed in custody of the Opposite Party No.4.

Mr. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is the mother of the victim girl and she is willing to take back her and without giving her an opportunity, the order under Annexure-1 has been passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Parjang.

Taking into account the submission made by Mr. Dwivedy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court while disposing the present petition permits the Petitioner

// 2 // to make an appropriate application before the learned J.M.F.C., Parjang with regard to the prayer made in the present petition.

It is observed that if any such an application is filed within a period of two weeks from today, learned court below shall pass an appropriate order on the same within a further period of two weeks.

It is however observed that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits and contentions of the Petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
