1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard Mr. P.K. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Md. Golam Madani, learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Party.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly submitted that the Parties could not arrive at for a compromise before the mediator and the Opp. Party is also not ready to come back to the Petitioner. Therefore, Petitioner does not want to press the present transfer petition as well as the petition in C.P. No. 43 of 2021 pending before the learned Judge, Family Court at Rourkela. Let him file a petition to that effect before the concerned Court, who will permit the Petitioner to withdraw C.P. No. 43 of 2021.
