This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. of 2022, arising out of Mangalabag P.S. Case No.108 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (City) Cuttack for commission of offence punishable under Sections 341/323/294/324/506/34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that during investigation the petitioner has responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C.

As such the ABLAPL has been rendered infructuous as there is no apprehension of arrest and the same is disposed of accordingly.
