Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.216 of 2022, arising out of Tirtol P.S. Case No.235 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned for commission of offence punishable under Sections 498(A)/323/294/506/34 of the IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Learned counsel for the State on instruction submits that during investigation the petitioner has responded to the notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. As such the present

ABLAPL has been rendered infructuous as there is no apprehension of arrest and the same is disposed of accordingly. 5.
