The grievance of the Petitioner is that non-repayment of loan availed by M/s. Jayalalita Feeds, a proprietorship concern of Smt. Shantilata Giri of Jaleswar in Balasore district, led to the auction of the secured asset. It is claimed that for purchasing the same, the Petitioner deposited certain amount being successful bidder but the Opposite Parties-Bank could not deliver the possession of the property. Since the aforesaid proprietress approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Cuttack by way of filing S.A. No. 32 of 2019, the Petitioner has expressed his unwillingness to have the property and requested the Bank to refund the amount of Rs.23,79,113/-.

When the matter is taken up today, the Petitioner filed a memo for withdrawal as he does not want to proceed further with the matter.
