There is wrong filing of documents. An attempt is made by the learned counsel for Petitioner to replace such documents in Court today, which is not permissible in the eye of law. This Court is, therefore, not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a better writ petition with appropriate documents. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
