Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the description of the Court and the G.R. Case Number as mentioned in Paragraph-3 of the order shall stand corrected as under.

"G.R. Case No. 504 of 2022" be read as "G.R. Case No. 91 of 2022" and the "J.M.F.C., Titilagarh" be read as "J.M.F.C., Saintala". The time stipulated in Paragraph-5 thereof shall stand extended for a further period of three weeks. 5.

Rest part of the order remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the description of the Court and the G.R. Case Number appearing in the petition in Court.
