This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No.2107 of 2022 arising out of Sahid Nagar P.S. Case No.151 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 448/341/323/294/506 of the IPC.

Taking into account the nature of allegations, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail. The learned Court in seisin over the matter to impose the conditions.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall not interfere in peaceful possession of the informant. 6.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
