Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the recitals in the I.A. and submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, J.M.F.C. Kadola be corrected as J.M.F.C. Kabisuryanagar in Paragraph 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the order dated 07.06.2022 and the period of surrender as mentioned in Paragraph-4 in the order stands extended for a period of 15 days from today. 4.

Rest of the order remains unaltered. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make the necessary correction in terms of the I.A. relating to the description of the Court in cause title as well as on the petition wherever it appears.
