This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the CONTC No.3252 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 13.05.2022 but in 2nd line of the paragraph-2 of the said order, it has been inadvertently written "Tribunal's" and the same may be deleted and in the same line "dated 24.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.36733 of 2021" has been mentioned instead of "dated 06.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.38078 of 2021" and in 5th line of paragraph-3 it has been wrongly mentioned as "dated 24.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.36733 of 2021" instead of "dated 06.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.38078 of 2021" and also 11th line of the said paragraph the word "Tribunal" be deleted. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 2nd line of paragraph-2 of the order dated 13.05.2022 the words "Tribunal's" be deleted and in the same line "dated 06.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.38078 of 2021" in place of "dated 24.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.36733 of 2021" and in 5th line of paragraph-3 it be mentioned "dated 06.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.38078 of 2021" in place of "dated 24.11.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.36733 of 2021" and also 11th line of the said paragraph the word "Tribunal" be deleted, rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.
