Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

There is innocuous prayer involved herein for early disposal of CMA No.137 of 2019 at least to avoid complications in disposal of Execution Case No.25 of 2019.

Keeping in view there is pendency of CMA No.137 of 2019 and outcome of which is very much dependent in the further proceeding of Execution Case No.25 of 2019, this Court allowing the innocuous prayer in disposal of this CMP observes, in the event CMA No.137 of 2019 is still pending, the same ought to be disposed of ahead of finality in the Execution Case No.25 of 2019.
