This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.185 of 2022 arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No.153 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Rajnagar for commission of offence punishable under Sections 363/294/323/354/427/379/506/34 of IPC.

It is stated at the bar that the petitioner is the father of the principal accused. Taking into account the age of the petitioner and the role ascribed to him, it is directed that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be
released on bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter on such terms as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
