ORDER

1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal against the impugned assessment order dated 29th March, 2022 as well as consequential demand notice. If such an appeal is filed not later than 19th December, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay explaining the pendency of the present petition, the same shall be considered on merits by the Appellate Authority. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for in the above terms.
