This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with C.T. Case No. 232 of 2022, arising out of Nilagiri P.S. Case No. 155 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Nilgiri for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections341/294/323/325/307/506/34 of the I.P.C. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner relying on the Injury Report of the informant submits that the injuries prima facie are simple in nature. In as much as, it is stated that there is one abrasion and bruise.

Copy of the Injury Report submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner be kept on record. 6.

Taking note of such submission and keeping in view that the petitioner is a lady, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper. 7.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
