This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/ physical) mode.

The Petitioner having been implicated in connection with Kalimela P.S. Case No.87 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.148 of 2021 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Motu at MV-79 running for the alleged commission of offence under section-403/417/420/409/294 /294-A/34 of the IPC read with section-4/5/6 of the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act and Section-6 of the Odisha Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 2011, has filed this application under section-438 of Cr.P.C. for his grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in the above mentioned case.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions made and on going through the nature of accusations as those emanate from the materials on record; further keeping in view the other surrounding circumstances; I do not find it to be a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly dismissed.

Interim order passed on 27.04.2021 does no more survive. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
