This case stands parallel to the case history in W.P.(C) No.7103 of 2009 except there is involvement of multiple objection cases. Consequently multiple appeals and also multiple revisions. For the reason in the disposal of W.P.(C) No.7103 of 2009 squarely applicable to the case at hand this Court finds, this case stands disposed of in setting aside the Annexures-8 & 9 and in restoration of the order of the C.O. vide Annexure-6. 3.

Writ Petition succeeds.
