1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This is an application for extension of date of surrender before the court as per order dated 03.02.2022 passed in CRLMC No.866/2021.

3. The learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was supposed to surrender before the court on 18.02.2022. However, due to some illness, the petitioner could not surrender. In support of his contention, he has filed the medical prescription in Annexure-A/1.

4. In view of such facts, the I.A. is allowed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court, as per order dated 03.02.2022, on or before 15.03.2022.

5. It is made clear that this Court shall not entertain any kind of request for extension in future.

6. The I.A. is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. (S.K. Panigrahi) Judge
