The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To direct the opposite parties to carry out the order dated 2.4.2019 passed in O.A.No.377/2017 by the learned Tribunal, Principal Bench, Bhubaneswar within a time framed failure to do so so motu Contempt be issued against the opposite parties for violatioin of the Court's order and appropriate relief be granted to the petitioner".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 03.01.2022 at Annexure-3 to the Writ Petition before the opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
