Learned Counsel for the informant Miss Samina Sahahin submits that she has filed Vakalatnama on 02.06.2022 on behalf of the informant. The same be tagged with the file. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 4.

The petitioners are seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No. 445 of 2022, arising out of Balipatna P.S. Case No. 108 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C.(O), Bhubaneswar for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections- 448/323/294/354/427/324/325/506/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the State on behalf of the informant in the Case Diary submits that the overt act is attributed to petitioners 1, 2 and 5.

Taking note of such submissions this Court is not inclined to entertain the application for anticipatory bail in respect of petitioners no. 1, 2 and 5, which is dismissed. 7.

Taking into account the role ascribed to the petitioner nos.3, 4 and 6 and that they are ladies, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner 3,4 and 6 shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
