Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue a "Rule-Nisi" calling upon the Opposite Parties to show-cause as to why a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs shall not be issued directing the opposite parties to make interdepartmental coordination between the CDMO (PHO), Gajapati and the Collector, Gajapati so as to facilitate payment of the final bill amount of Rs.5,48,758/- in terms of Annexure-3 series within the time period to be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court and if the Opposite parties fail to show cause or show insufficient cause make the said rule absolute. A D Pass such other order/orders and/or writ/writs as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper.

And for this act of your kindness, the petitioner shall ever pray."

It appears, representation at the instance of the petitioner vide Anenxure-3 is pending before the opposite party no.3. Perusal of the document at page- 12 of the brief, it also appears there has been certain endorsement at certain other level. Application at Annexure-

3 since was filed sometimes in November, 2021 should be disposed of without further loss of time. So in disposal of the writ petition, this Court directs the C.D.M.O.(PHO), Gajapati-opposite party no.3 with cooperation of the Collector, Gajapati-opposite party no.2 to achieve an outcome on Annexure-3 at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. Extra copy of the brief and a free copy of this order be served on Mr.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel.
