1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file an appeal under Rule 9 of the OGLS Rules against the impugned cancellation order of the State Government in accordance with law.

2. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. The interim order dated 7th August 2009 passed in the present petition stands vacated. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
