Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction for expeditious disposal of CP No.821 of 2021 pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Civil Proceeding at present is posted for further conciliation.

In view of such submission, the prayer for expeditious disposal of the CP cannot be entertained at this stage. 5.
