Heard learned counsel for the parties.

There is serious allegation of undertaking of construction by the opposite party Nos.4 and 5 over the Government plot. There is likelihood of no passage to the house of the petitioner for such illegal construction.

Considering the serious allegation involved herein, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Tahasildar, Rajnagar to consider the grievance of the petitioner under Annexure-1 following the provision of the O.P.L.E. Act and take a decision as appropriate also involving the opposite party Nos.4 and 5, by completing such exercise within a period of six months from the date of communication of the authenticated copy of this order by the petitioner. It is further directed that in the event of any urgency, attempt may also be made for interim protection. Petitioner may serve a copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition before the Tahasildar to strengthen the case within a period of one week.
