Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate submits that upon completion of investigation in connection with Talchua Marine P.S. Case No.38 of 2022, charge sheet No.41 dated 25.06.2022 under Sections 376(3) of I.P.C. read with Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 has already been field before the jurisdictional court, Mr. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to proceed further in the matter.

Considering the submissions made, this CRLMP is disposed of as not pressed.
