1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 18th April, 2022 in connection with Niarakarpur P.S.

Case No.49/2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.163/2022 pending in the court of learned N.G.N.-cum-JMFC, Tangi for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 420/34 of I.P.C.

4. From the materials on record, it appears that the dispute between the parties is basically civil in nature. It is alleged that the Petitioner received a sum of Rs.1,09,000/- acting as a mediator in a sale transaction, for which the occurrence took place.

5. Considering the nature of accusations, the materials on record and the period of detention of the Petitioner in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that she shall furnish cash security of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) and she shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

6. The BLAPL is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
