2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. This is an application for modification of the order dated 19th May,2022.

4. Considering the submission, the prayer for modification is allowed. Instead of the condition to furnish cash security of Rs.1,00,000/-, the Petitioner shall furnish cash security of

// 2 // Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and property security of Rs.2,00,000/-. All other conditions shall remain intact.
