1.This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode. Order No
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. The Writ Petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) A writ of Mandamus, directing the opposite party no.1 to revise the Petitioner's seniority as per the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal's order dated 17th August, 2012 in O.A. No.1587/1999 and recording year of recruitment of the Petitioner as "2000" instead of "2013".
(ii) Alternatively, a writ of Mandamus may be issued directing the opposite party no.1 to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 15th of November, 2021 with a reasoned order, contemplating and deliberating the direction as well as the spirit contained in the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal's order dated 17th August, 2012 in O.A. No.1587 /1999".

He further submits that through highlighting his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation on 15.11.2021 at Annexure-4 to the Writ Petition before the
// 2 // opposite party No.1 but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, he prays that a direction be issued to opposite party no.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs opposite party No.1 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioners.
