2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the contemnor.

Learned counsel for the Contemnors submits that the contemnor/opposite party has filed compliance affidavit mentioning therein that the order passed by this Court in W.P(C) No. 32134 of 2021 on 07.12.2021 has already been complied with by the School and Mass Education department, Government of Odisha by issuing Notification No.9280 dated 19.04.2023.

4. In view of above, the Contempt petition stands disposed of being dropped.
