Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event pleadings in C.S. No.322/2003 (Final Decree) are already completed, all attempt shall be made by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Divn.), Jajpur to conclude the proceeding vide C.S. No.322/2003 (Final Decree) at least within a period of nine months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners and also without entering into any unnecessary adjournments.
