This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The Petitioners are accused in connection with Rasol P.S. Case No. 80 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 204 of 2022 pending on the file of learned SDJM, Hindol for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 395/397 of the I.P.C. read with Sec. 3 of the PDPP Act/ Sec. 25 of the Arms Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s 439 Cr. P.C. by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Hindol, by order dated 27.04.2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Taking into the account the nature of the allegations and since the investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to entertain this BLAPL at this stage. Accordingly, the same stands rejected.

It shall be open to the Petitioners to move the court after filing of Charge Sheet.
