This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the informant Mr. Chand that he has entered appearance on 16.05.2022. The Registry is called upon to tag the Vakalatnama and indicate the name of Mr. Chand on the file as well as in the cause list. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. 4.

It is stated by the learned counsel for the informant that notwithstanding the earlier direction of this Court, the petitioner has committed overt act for which the present F.I.R. has been lodged.

And that seeking cancellation, the petitioner has already moved an application.

It is needless to state here that the same shall be dealt with independently.

Taking into account the nature of allegation, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the petitioner shall be released on bail. The Learned Court in seisin over the matter to fix the terms and conditions as deemed just and proper and additionally directs that, the petitioner shall appear before the Jurisdictional Police Station of the Court in seisin over the matter once in a week till the submission of Final Form. First date of such appearance to be fixed by the learned Court.

It shall be open for the Learned Court in seisin over the matter to take steps for cancellation of the bail, in the event, there is any default in the direction relating to appearance. 8.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
