Heard Mr.B.Pujari, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.R.N.Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 2.

According to Mr.Pujari the petitioner herein is aggrieved by the order dated 21.4.2022 issued by the Block Development Officer, Chandbali (opposite party No.5) by not allowing renewal of FPS license of Dolagobinda Jew WSHG of which the present petitioner is the Secretary.

Mr.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that for redressal of such grievances, the petitioner should have approached the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak (opposite party No.3) instead of rushing to this Court.

In such background, Mr. Pujari submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the Sub-Collector, Bhadrak (opposite party No.3) in the matter by filing a representation and the said opposite party be directed to take a decision on such motion at an early date.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before opposite party No.3 through registered post within a period of two weeks from today. In the event, such a representation is filed along with a copy of this order, the opposite party No.3 would do well to take a decision on the same in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of such representation and communicate the result of such exercise to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
