Heard Mr. P.K.Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.Nayak, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 2.

According to Mr.Bhuyan the petitioner is aggrieved by non-completion of Cr.P. No. 172 of 2015 filed by the present petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. before the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar and accordingly, he prays that a direction be issued to the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to conclude the aforesaid proceeding within a specific time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar to make all endeavour to complete the above noted proceeding in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment.
