This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two occasions on 02.11.2022 and 23.11.2022, but one last chance was given to the Petitioners on the last date and the Petitioners have failed to avail such chance today. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it pre-supposes that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
