Heard Mr. A. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition against the order dated 12.05.2015 passed in O.A. No. 1572(C) of 2015, by which the State Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack has refused to grant interim order.

Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Addl. Standing Counsel contended that the Original Application is still pending.

In view of such position, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the pending Original Application.
