Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Order No.

Writ Petition with liberty for the Petitioner to approach the Competent Authority for not involving the I.I.C. concerned for the reasons indicated therein.

In the circumstance, the Writ Petition stands permitted to be withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. In the event any such request is made to the Competent Authority, the same shall be dealt with and disposed of in accordance with law at least within a period of six weeks.
