Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the Petitioners have statutory remedy of appeal, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court permits the Petitioners to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal. It is further directed that in the event appeal is filed within a period of two weeks hence, the same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit.

The writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn but with liberty as prayed for.

Certified copy of Annexure-10 be returned to the Petitioner by keeping a true attested Xerox copy thereof.
